Welcome to VolumeEdge (referred to as "VolumeEdge", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

VolumeEdge is an independent, self-funded analytical platform developed in Hong Kong. We provide high-precision historical Volume Profile calculations (utilizing 1-minute historical bar data cached for up to 90 days), basic technical indicators, and a context-aware AI Chat Assistant to help users analyze charts.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON DATA DELAY: All stock and market data provided on this platform is updated on an End-of-Day (EOD) basis with a 1-day delay. We do not provide real-time, live-streaming tick data. Our terminal is optimized specifically for swing, wave, and long-term trading strategies rather than high-frequency intraday scalping.

2. STRICT FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER (NO FINANCIAL ADVICE)

VolumeEdge is strictly an educational and analytical tool. We do NOT provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• All data, calculations, Point of Control (POC), Value Area (VAH/VAL) coordinates, and AI Advisor briefings are generated automatically by our algorithms and artificial intelligence.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Stock trading involves substantial risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital.
• You assume sole responsibility for any investment or trading decisions you make. We highly recommend consulting a licensed financial professional before trading.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our premium services, you must register for an account using Supabase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Subscriptions, 7-Day Free Trial, and Billing

• 7-Day Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to sign up for the trial.
• Automatic Renewal: Upon expiration of the 7-day trial, you must subscribe to a paid tier (Monthly Plan at $19.99/month) via Stripe to maintain access to premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, click the "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage Subscription" button in pricing page, which will redirect you to the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
• Refunds: Since we offer a fully functional 7-day free trial, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing cycles.

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Data

The data and chart indicators displayed on VolumeEdge PRO are sourced from premium third-party providers, including Databento. All charts, custom algorithms, and UI designs are the intellectual property of VolumeEdge PRO. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any raw or processed data from this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VolumeEdge PRO, its founder, or its developer be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service, or any errors or delays in the market data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
